Our popular Buzzard helicopter, known from TV, in the revised V2 version makes it even easier to get started with helicopter flying with its new features. This beautiful, robust and speed-controlled single-rotor helicopter now has a new, handy 2.4GHz transmitter in mode 2 (throttle left when delivered, but can be switched to mode 1) including many additional functions such as dual rate (servo travel). Limitation) and Auto Start / Auto Landing. The model can be started automatically using a button on the transmitter, rises to a base height of approx. 1-1.2m and hovers there in an inherently stable manner.

This allows the pilot to concentrate on the essential flight characteristics such as forward/back and right/left. If the model drifts slightly, this can be corrected using the digital trimmers on the transmitter. The auto-start function also eliminates the “ground effect” of a helicopter as it quickly climbs to its base altitude. The ground effect is caused by the rotors, which cause turbulence underneath the helicopter and cause the helicopter to drift forward to the left near the ground. Controlling the model at low altitude is therefore difficult. Once the pilot has control of the functions on the right side of the transmitter, he can devote himself to climb/descent and tail turn. These functions are located on the left stick. To land, simply press the start/landing button on the front right of the transmitter again and the helicopter floats gently to the ground and switches off the engine. Even during the landing approach, the helicopter remains fully controllable and the landing point can be steered towards the descent. However, the landing can also be carried out manually – simply press the throttle lever down and hold it until the model touches down and the engine switches off. Alternatively, manual starting and gyro calibration on the transmitter is also possible. What’s new is the replaceable battery, which is now delivered in a hard case with a USB charging port and power output for the helicopter. Reverse polarity is no longer possible and changing the battery is much easier in the V2 version. Compared to its predecessor, the flight stability of the model has also been increased again.

Easy to fly model perfect for ambitious beginners
Due to its size and powerful motor, it is fully suitable for outdoor use, even in light winds
Two speed levels can be switched on the transmitter (dual rate)
