Joker Cyanoacrylate Dense Adhesive 20g

Joker cyanoacrylate glue with a thick consistency, it will stick metal, glass, wood, rubber, plastic (small amounts), ceramic surfaces, EPP and other materials in several to several seconds. Indispensable, especially in typical modeling work with wood, where it quickly creates a strong, tight and durable bond.

Packed in a round, airtight bottle with an applicator – glue content in the bottle: 20g.

Due to its dense consistency, the glue does not run off the surface so quickly and stays where it is applied. Thanks to this, it is perfect for use, for example, in places where it is not possible to place the glued object in a horizontal position. The thick glue binds the glued surfaces in a slightly longer time than CA glues with a thinner consistency – it is therefore good for gluing two larger surfaces together, where after applying the glue in several places, the user will still have several or several dozen seconds for their proper positioning. When working with wood, the thick glue will not penetrate its structure so quickly and will remain on its surface after application – it is useful when larger and thicker pieces of wood are glued together,

In order to immediately harden the glued surfaces, we recommend using the glue in tandem with the Joker activator (accelerator) in a spray, which, after application at the point of gluing, will quickly harden the binder and complete the gluing process.

During use, basic safety rules should be followed – the glue sticks together human skin dangerously quickly, it is highly poisonous and its vapors are harmful. The glue should not be used by minors, unless under strict control and care of an adult.

In our store there is also a remover (debonder) for CA adhesives, which effectively and quickly neutralizes the adhesive in accidentally glued places.

The durability of the glue depends on the temperature of its storage. After opening, it is recommended to store the glue in a refrigerator or other cool place, not exposed to sunlight or other sources of light and heat.

Shelf life depending on the storage temperature:
+ 20 degrees Celsius – 6 months
+ 5 degrees C. – 12 months
(does not apply to glued surfaces)

Note: CA glue, regardless of its density, does not It is recommended for gluing paper, polystyrene, depron, light polystyrene foam, delicate fibers (and other textiles), as well as for use in precise plastic modeling, due to the possibility of melting, undesirable hardening or, in the case of very delicate surfaces – deformation of the glued surface.
