The sponge is low profile to reduce the total height of the ins-box. The air inlet is made by 2 holes and then air passes through the “turbo effect” and goes into the carburetor with more speed and more pressure. This increase of air pressure makes the top speed increase up to 2km/h, more constant carburetor setting and more torque.
