The YUKI MODEL lightweight wheels each consist of a molded plastic tire with a smooth surface, which is finished with a robust nylon rim. Due to the special foam used, the tires are particularly resistant to wear or the formation of stand plates when the wheels remain in the same position under load for a long period of time. Although the tires are relatively strong, but still have a low weight and are flexible enough to absorb even tougher shocks in rough landings well. Since it is not inflatable pneumatic tires, eliminates the associated repair and maintenance. Thus, the visually appealing lightweight wheels are also a cheaper alternative for higher-value aircraft models.
